It provides the Chief Surveyor-General and Surveyors-General with the facility to track new surveys efficiently through the SG offices. It also provides an extensive reporting facility, which will provide information on possible bottlenecks. This system provides a management tool to help the SG's to maintain their 15 and 20 day turn-around time in the examination process.
This system will also manage and report on documents after approval, as diagrams, general plans, sectional title plans and survey records are processed through various divisions for scanning, updating of paper records, databases and ultimate filing in the SG archives.
