 | The SPATIAL component is a computerized map of all land parcels and administrative boundaries in South Africa. It shows the relationship of every piece of land to those adjoining it. In addition other surveyed real rights such as servitudes and leases are also included in this map.
The projects that have been undertaken to achieve this are as follows:

 | The DOCUMENT IMAGE component contains the computerized images of Diagrams, General Plans and Sectional Title Plans in the office of the Surveyor-General. This system at present contains the images of 2,000,000 diagrams, 36,000 general plans and 25,000 sectional title plans.
