Document Capture

This system enables the SG offices to capture the alphanumeric information from newly lodged general plans, diagrams, survey records and beacon agreements. It validates if data that already exists in the database agrees with that which may appear on the new documents.

This data consists inter alia of the extents of land parcels, survey record numbers, parentage, servitudes or leases over land parcels, widths of servitudes, surveyor name(s), cadastral references, etc.
